  • 2 papdis

  • 3 tbsp whisked yogurt

  • 1 small boiled beetroot-potato (mashed)

  • 1 piece dhokla (crumbled)

  • 2 tsp chutney (green/tamarind)

  • A handful of sev bhujia

  • Optional: Coriander leaves, chaat masala, pomegranate pearls
